Chris Stokes is a buy-and-hold real estate investor and financial strategist with over a decade of experience turning data into deals. As Co-Founder of Secure Living Realty, he works alongside investors to build repeatable systems for acquiring, rehabbing, and cash-flowing rental properties — with the same precision and discipline he developed across 10+ years in finance, banking, and compliance.
Chris's approach to investing is rooted in clean numbers and smart risk management. His background as a quantitative analyst and operations consultant taught him to cut through complexity and focus on what actually moves the needle — whether that's underwriting a deal, structuring a capital raise, or building dashboards that keep projects on track.
He holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University and has earned credentials in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) from FINRA. Together with Vontenea, he is building a legacy of financial freedom — one property, one investor, and one informed decision at a time.
Vontenea Stokes is a real estate investor, published author, podcast host, and sought-after speaker who brings a rare combination of corporate excellence and entrepreneurial grit to the world of real estate. As Co-Founder and CEO of Secure Living Realty, she leads with purpose — helping investors at every stage build wealth with confidence and clarity.
Before stepping fully into real estate, Vontenea spent nearly a decade in corporate marketing, including four years working internationally in Europe. During that time, she led campaigns that generated over $50M in annual net sales — a track record that reflects her strategic mindset and results-driven approach. She is a former Division II basketball team captain, and the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive she developed on the court have shaped every chapter of her career.
She is the author of The Game Plan: 7 Real Estate Plays from the Court, a practical and inspiring guide that uses basketball as a framework for real estate success. Her podcast, Hustle & Homes, reaches investors nationwide with actionable insights and honest conversations about building wealth through real estate.
